The Pilates Studio environment is an ideal setting for achieving your health goals and has traditionally been used for rehabiliation from a range of injuries. Our instructors provide expert guidance and supervision for the duration of your session. Every Pilates movement must be performed with precision and quality to ensure you get maximum benefit from your tailored program. Pilates Studio Sessions are excellant for improving tone, fitness, strength and flexibility. All sessions run for 1 hour and are by appointment only. It is recommended that you wear loose comfortable exercise clothing that enables you to move freely, and bring a water bottle to sip during the session. Footwear is not generally worn in the Studio, however in the interests of hygiene, clean socks are required.FeesAll of our clients, regardless of injury or fitness level, begin their Studio Pilates experience with an individual assessment so that the ideal tailored program can be developed to meet their needs. During this session a Pre-Pilates Postural screening and injury history is undertaken.

Small Group Studio Pilates sessions start from $31 per session, fees vary according to the whether you join on a casual basis or as a member. We offer two levels of membership;
Devotee Memberships - if you can commit to regular weekly sessions for at least 12 weeks. This option offers the best rates.
Flexi Memberships - which give you great membership rates with a bit more flexibility in scheduling sessions. There is no minimum term.
Casual / Non-member rates are available if you wish to simply pre-pay the sessions as you go but don't want to join as a member
Class Sizes
Depending on the level of attention you wish to have in your session, we offer three different class sizes:
Small group sessions - with up to four people per session
Duet sessions - with up to two people per session
Private sessions - with one instructor dedicated to you
Self Practice SessionsYou can book in to utilise the studio for self practice once you have been attending guided sessions with us for a suitable period of time. Your instructor will be able to advise you when you are ready for this step. We recommend combining self practice sessions with at least one studio class per week to ensure you continue to progress in your Pilates practice.Self Practice sessions start from $12.50 per session, and fees vary according to the whether you join on a casual basis or as a member.
