I want to thank-you for your help with my body over the
past year, I have in the past 2-3 years needed at least 3 injections in
my groins just to get through the footy season, this year I didn't need
any, and its no co-incidence that I had my best year in football,
winning the league goal kicking and also winning my teams Best and
Fairest, I put this down to the hard work I have put in with you. So
once again thanks and I hope to continue to work closely with you and
continue to improve.

When I met Rafael I had been recovering from several sports injuries that had debilitated my strength, conditioning and confidence in my body. I want to tell you and Rafael how fantastic Michelle is. Being "the
oldie" of the group, I always felt comfortable in classes where there
were women more my age, but I am enjoying Michelle's classes so much
that it doesn't really worry me being the only older person. I know
I'm not as agile and balanced as the other girls, but I really do feel
that I get a lot out of Michelle's classes. I just wanted to say how good she is and
how much I enjoy it.
